WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO DESIGN MY WEBSITE?
Branding is of importance! Logos, desired fonts, colour palettes, text copy and professional photography to ensure consistency with your business branding.
WHAT IS A MOODBOARD?
A Moodboard is an important part of the design process. It sets the tone and creative direction for the brand identity project.
All I need is a professional logo design. Can we do this?
Your branding is much more than just a logo. It is an investment in your business. It’s important to create branding with a strategy that tells a full story. This includes a primary logo, secondary logo, brand marks + colour palette. I only specialize specifically in brand identity services! So for this reason, I do not offer just a logo.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR US TO WORK TOGETHER?
It is important for you to have your business name, vision for your business and knowledge of your target audience you want to attract.
WILL MY WEBSITE BE MOBILE & TABLET RESPONSIVE?
Yes it definitely will! More people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your site doesn’t display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. Every website I develop is mobile responsive.
I'M NOT VERY TECH-SAVVY. CAN YOU TRAIN ME TO USE MY WEBSITE?
I can absolutely train you but at an additional charge based on an hourly rate. The aim is to create websites that are user-friendly for both you and your customers. I offer 10 days post-launch support so that I’ve got your back in the event questions arise after your site goes live.
Is domain and hosting included ?
All website design packages include hosting fees for a year. Thereafter clients are liable to pay the annual renewal fees of the domain.
HOW SOON CAN WE START THE PROJECT?
Based on the date of enquiry and the necessary content needed we can establish the length of the project.
is A DEPOSIT REQUIREd before you start with the project?
A non-refundable deposit is required to ensure I honour the project timeline, once you book the project I’m looking to launch the project as soon as possible.
WHAT WEBSITES DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
I primarily specialize in WordPress & e-commerce websites. I am happy to help recommend the one that would suit your specific needs best.
WHO OWNS MY DOMAIN, WEBSITE AND BRANDING FILES?
You! Domain/URL ownership is registered under your name and never mine. Once the project is done the website ownership is transferred over to you. All brand identity packages will be provided as print ready jpeg, png and pdf files.
WHAT IF IM NOT BASED LOCALLY?
The entire process is online so whether you are down the street or across the globe the process remains the same.
DO YOU PRINT BRAND IDENTITY?
Unfortunately I don’t do any printing. All brand identity packages will be provided as print ready pdf files. Printing can be outsourced but will be quoted accordingly.
MY CONTENT WON'T BE READY FOR A WHILE. CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?
I find it best to have your content ready to go by your start date. It allows the project to flow more effectively. However, I understand this may not always be possible and I’m happy to discuss what options might work best for your situation including booking a later start date, sourcing stock photos and offering copy writing.
